Mirto Musci is a Research Assistant working on Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Parallelism and Proteomics. In particular, his current research project involves using Deep Recurrent Networks for Fall Detections of elderly and "fragile" subjects. He has recently began working on Human Re-Identification using Generative Adversarial Network.
Mirto Musci received his Master's Degree in 2010 and his PhD in 2014, both from the University of Pavia. His research work during the PhD involved using Computer Vision techiniques and parallel strategies for the identification of motifs in the secondary structure of proteins.
He has published 12 papers on International Journals and Conferences, and worked on a Book on Proteomics.
